From the Perija Mountains in northern Colombia, El Parce is a certified organic coffee washed and dried on African beds and patios. Nestled at an altitude of over 1200m, these 100% Arabica plantations, Catillo variety, extend over 385 hectares in the “Valle de Cesar” at the foot of the Andes Cordillera. The association “Entre Sierras”, in charge of this agricultural plot, shares a vision of coffee growing whose main objective is to offer a better quality of life to their 17 farmers and the future generation. The project of this association is to provide financial support to new producers and to the creation of an academy of small tasters and baristas, called “Catadorcitos”. Great balanced in espresso, with an interesting mineral aromatic profile with notes of bergamot, black tea and tobacco smoked in the past when served with slow infusion methods.
