The Guanaco is coming from the farm “El Manzano”, located on the slopes of the Ilamatepec, the Santa Ana Volcano. This farm is run by Emilio Lopez, winner of the “Cup of Excellence El Salvador” in 2018, a worldwide recognition for coffee farmers. Within his farm, he isolated a parcel called “La Cumbre”, meaning the Peak, at 1500m of altitude. It is the highest point of his plantation and enables the bean to have more sucrosity than the rest of his production. This naturally processed coffee of exception, with 100% red bourbon beans, will delight you with its fruity flavors of orange combined with soft caramel and hazelnuts.
